Documents required
- Brandname registration with AIS/VNCERT: certified Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC), brandname registration form (Form 01, Decree 91), trademark/IP documents if any
- Certificate of Identifier issued (fee VND 200k)
- operator LOA. Brand name must also appear in every message body.
